Double room with en-suite available soon

I will soon be moving to a 2 bedroom house in Storrington which will have a spareoom available to rent. It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. You can walk easily to the shops. The room is furnished with bed, wardrobes and has an en-suite. WiFi included in rent. Other utilities are included. Your cut will be about £700 per month. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and garden. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months, a non smoker, and not too noisy.
