Pretty En-Suite Room with Kitchenette

Hello,
This is a spacious room, the entrance is directly from the front porch, so you can feel very private, not having to enter the main part of the house. Gas heater which you can adjust to your liking and high speed broadband included.
There is a kitchenette area with a sink, kettle, two ring induction hob and a combi-microwave oven provided, along with a fridge-freezer.
The en-suite is compact, with a good shower, a small sink and a toilet.
We are a single-parent family with two children, aged 16 and 20 who are only here 50% of the time. I have two dogs and two cats, but they won't have access to the room unless you so wish. We are looking for someone professional who appreciates a family atmosphere and likes animals (it helps). The room has a single bed, but a camp bed can be provided if you have a visitor. Parking is provided on our private driveway.
Location is convenient, 7 minutes walk into town, and a bus stop only 3 minutes walk away. We also have a convenience store and post office very close by. Doctor's surgery and train station also within walking distance.
Access to washing machine and tumble drier pretty much whenever you wish in the adjoining main kitchen.
Can provide bedding and towels if needed, some crockery is available too.
