Off road parking. 10min walk to bus stop for buses to Chichester/ Witterings (52/53 circuit). 10min bike ride to Witterings. 5 mins walk to Lamb Inn, 20mins to The Ship. The buses aren't extremely regular so would suit a car owner or a keen cyclist.

This house would suit anyone who wishes to take advantage of the south coast for kite/wind surfing, Paddle-boarding, sailing, etc.

The property is used as a second home by my family who sometimes come down at weekends for the peace and quiet and to grow veg so a tidy, mature and good humoured person needed (to stomach my dad's terrible jokes)

You would be sharing with me, uni lecturer/music producer, My partner, Nat (business owner), and Holly (arts researcher/educator).

There's also Leila (a fox terrier), a kinda friendly black cat called Tennis who loves popcorn and 4 chickens (who lay eggs!).

You will need a £200 deposit and references.

You can come have a look round from September so no rush in applying. It would be great to know a little bit about you as we are keen to find someone that fits in with our laidback household. We like cooking for each other, craft nights and bike rides to the pub.
