Double room available for 1 person only, in a newly refurbished, modern house with garden. 8 minute walk to Goring beach, 2min walk to local shops and pubs, couple of restaurants, 15min walk to West Worthing train station or Durrington. Worthing town centre is roughly a 35min walk or short bus ride from nearby stop.

The house is recently fully renovated to a high spec; filtered water (both drinking and shower); wetroom style new bathroom; new boiler; new kitchen with induction hob & electric oven; new carpets/flooring and decor; insulation etc... good energy efficiency.

The room is 2.7x3.5m size, available semi-furnished, details can be discussed. Strictly non-smoking and no pets. (sorry). Looking for a trustworthy, clean and tidy person, for sharing a relaxed, quiet household.
Female owner living on the premises (has separate bathroom). Would prefer someone who doesn't wfh.
