Monday to Friday lodger or 3 days a week ongoing for a long term or short term let. No deposit required. A large single room available on the ground floor in a chalet house (we sleep upstairs). You can leave all your belongings at the weekend in your bedroom. The room overlooks the garden. There is wifi and a desk ideal for studying or working. Wardrobe, single bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, bedside lamp and two chairs. Linen provided and towels.

Also on ground floor there is a downstairs loo, separate bathroom, hand basin and shower.
We have a loo upstairs for ourselves.

Use of kitchen. Use of washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave & kitchen cupboard.

Plenty of car parking outside and for parking of bike in garden. It takes 5 mins to walk down to the beach and 25 mins to walk into town.

I have looked after students and lodgers for 10 years so a safe accommodation and also would be suitable for someone on Contract.

Our house is within 3 mins to the sea. Walking distance to the bus stop. There is the 700, 8 & Pulse bus routes and they depart every 10 mins. All buses go into town center within 10 mins.

Also close to the local shops are banks, Micro pub, Tesco, Coop, Takeaways & Post Office, 20 mins walk to West Worthing Railway Station or 20 mins walk to Durrington Railway Station.
