The room is available furnished and has a double bed with comfortable matress, built in wardrobes and drawers.

I am really happy here, it is a really lovely place to live. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance of the town centre, Worthing Hospital, the beach and the station.

All the bills: gas, electric, water and super-fast broadband and cleaner for communal areas are included in the rent.
