Double room in family house

We are a busy house of 5, both me and my husband work from home, hubby in the office and me in a workshop at the end of the garden. Our 3 children are all at school or college (ages 10-17) Our house is a 5 minute walk from the beach, both colleges and Worthing hospital are easy walking distance there is a Co-op around the corner open until late. We have a lovely big garden, not used much in winter but we’re often out there during summer and you’re welcome to share it with us. We share our home with 3 cats and a small friendly dog, Penelope, she’s is only allowed downstairs and in the garden (unless on walkies 😆) We have 2 double rooms that share a shower room in our loft conversion (we have our own family bathroom.) One of the room is currently being rented by a retail professional who is very quiet and respectful. The room is at the front of the house and is very quiet and is furnished. Our kitchenis large with a dining table and American style fridge. The rent includes all bills including WiFi.
