Both rooms are bedsits and very spacious.

The first bedsit has a garden view and comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and a chest of drawers.

The second bedsit has a large panorama window with a view to the beach and a balcony so you can enjoy Worthing beach 24/7. The room is very large and there’s room enough for two (£75 extra).
The rooms comes fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and it has a couch from where you can enjoy the sea view.

The property is conveniently located a stone’s throw from the beach with the bus running just outside the property which makes it easy for you to go both east and west. If you are a fish lover, you can buy fresh fish right across the street. The property boasts of a garden to the front and the back.

Outside your door, there’re a toilet and a shower to share with only a few others.

There’s super-fast WIFI available throughout the property, and a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bills are included apart from council tax (£25)
