You will have a choice of two rooms:

Room 1: Double room available for Male or female will be part furnished with bed, wardrobe, dresser and tv stand. £620 pm with all Bill's included.

Room 2: Smaller double room available for male or female with built in wardrobes tv wall bracket will be there. £550 pm.

Both rooms are not available. Only one of the above.

There is currently a tenant in the smaller room and he has stated that he would like to move to the bigger room however he is also happy to stay in the smaller room.

We would ask for a £400 deposit.

This is a bungalow and is kept in great condition. We would like a professional Male or female and preferably over 25 years old. This bungalow is very close to Worthing town and beach. Town 10 min walk and beach 2 min walk. Everything is shared use. Parking on a driveway will be available. The garage will be cleaned out to allow for additional parking. We also have sky with sports channels and unlimited broadband WiFi. Viewings are welcome.

This is a great place to live. The location is great with all amenities in walking distance. The house is friendly and welcoming. Both house mates are professional, outgoing and kind to all. First to view will take one of these rooms.
