Lovely house to share with two other females. (So three in total). Looking ideally for one more female to share a five bed house with loads of space.
It’s a big 5 bedroom house and I don’t rent out all the rooms. Looking for 20 - 40s to share with me and one other girl.
Ideally looking for longer term but min term is 2 months. With one months’ notice given on either side. Rent £530 per room and deposit is only £250 per room. 😊
There is one room available furnished with high ceilings and neutral / minimalist decor. There is a shared living room and kitchen with dining area and a separate utility room.
Location: The Edwardian house is in Broadwater, Worthing. Close to local shops, pubs, restaurants, a local park & cricket ground. Two gyms in walking distance. Worthing College and Northbrook College are within a 5 minute walk. The station is a 20 min walk and the main town 30 minutes walk.
Please note this is not suitable for couples, daily home working (occasionally is fine). Not suitable for pets or children. Also I have a cat so no allergies 😊
