Large Sunny Double Bedroom in East Worthing

House is East West so the bedroom gets the morning sun.

We are coming to the end of a very successful short term rental on the 19th March so looking again for somebody either short or long term. We are a very chilled household and you can be either sociable or completely private, up to you. The room is a good size with a double bed and plenty of storage, we are happy to shuffle the furniture to give you what you need. The house is a large recently renovated 30's style with large garden, off street parking, modern kitchen. Dishwasher, washing machine, and separate dryer. An upstairs bathroom/toilet with shower and bath, and a downstairs toilet. Large dining room attached to a large lounge. Nice fast internet. Netflix and Amazon Prime. Very warm and comfortable in winter with a new heating system. There is a garage for storing bikes. 5 Minutes walk from East Worthing train station and five minutes to the beach. On multiple bus routes. Handy to the East Worthing shops, very close walking distance to Worthing Hospital. We enjoy mountain biking and outdoor activities as well as being tech geeks and interested in science and technology, the arts, books, and music. We are big on conversation, not huge TV watchers, and like a good laugh. I cook often and well and am happy to cook any time for you for food costs. There are 3 of us in the house, Male/Female couple and my teenage daughter most of the time, she keeps to her room a lot. We also have a Shiba Inu dog called Ted who's here a lot of the time. He's super cool, clean, clever, affectionate, funny and fun to have around. The landlords are nice people, we get on well with them and never have any issues getting things service or fixed if they go wrong, and have full approval from them to sub-let the room.
