Small but cute one-bed flat to rent

This is the top floor of a building with light all the way through. Parking permits can be obtained for street parking, but there's a bus stop outside and it's less than a mile walk to town or the beach. There's a bike rack outside and a tiny bit of green space (not really worth mentioning!)
I need to sell the flat so I can't let it for longer than six months, I'm afraid - but that might give time for the person(s) living here to decide that that's what they want to do.
The flat has a washing machine, a small integrated fridge and a dishwasher, the shower is not great, it's a hand-held one on the wall, just being honest - the ceilings slope so there's nowhere really to put one without a lot of creativity.
So this would suit someone who needs somewhere just over Christmas into the spring.
