We have a double room becoming available in a spacious shared bungalow on 1st December.
Three people share the house, each sign a tenancy agreement for a minimum of six months.
The room is nice and bright, and comes unfurnished, but has double built-in wardrobes that provide loads of storage space.
The bungalow is a 3-minute walk to the beach, 15 minute's walk into Worthing town center, and 10 minute's walk to East Worthing Station. There are four bedrooms but only three are ever occupied, keeping a small room spare. There's a chilled living room, a lovely south-facing garden, garage for extra storage if needed, off-road parking, and a shared bathroom, shower over bath.
There is space for working from home. The small spare room could be set up as an office for exclusive use for a little extra rent.
About us - we are two guys in their late thirties. One works with vulnerable kids and the other in marketing. One of us listens to Pop, and other other Post Rock. One takes the bus, the other rides a motorbike. We have shared the place for over a year and have become good friends. We'd love to bring in a third person to take equal stake in the place, put their stamp on it and make the place their home too.
