Halton Co-Living have created a modern shared living house with contemporary bedrooms and bespoke living spaces. Its location in central Worthing is a short walk from the station (6 mins), hospital (10 mins), and seafront (12 mins).

What rooms are available?

There are 5 bedrooms available. Each room comes with brand new contemporary furniture including: double bed with luxury mattress, double or triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, single or double bedside table, workstation with desk lamp, and blackout blind.
The house has 500mb full fibre broadband boosted to each room.

Please note: We are looking for a single group to take the full house.

What living spaces are there?

Large kitchen with modern appliances (American-style fridge freezer, cooker and hob, washer/dryer, and dishwasher) and all cooking equipment, utensils, and cutlery.
Inspiring living space with bench-style dining area and separate living area with sofa and 43-inch 4K Smart TV with Netflix access.
There are two modern shared bathrooms, one with shower.
There is also a large private outside space with a seating area and direct road access.

What else do I need to know?

Rent includes all bills (subject to fair usage for gas) and is payable 1 month in advance. All deposits are registered with an official deposit protection scheme and there are no agency or referencing fees.
