The house has been transformed over the last 12 months and will be ready from 29th August. Its location in central Worthing is a short walk from the station (6 mins), hospital (10 mins), and seafront (12 mins).

What rooms are available?

There is 1 bedroom available. Each room comes with brand new contemporary furniture including: double bed with luxury mattress, double or triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, single or double bedside table, workstation with desk lamp, and blackout blind.
The house has 500mb full fibre broadband boosted to each room.

What living spaces are there?

Large modern kitchen with brand new appliances (American-style fridge freezer, cooker and hob, washer/dryer, and dishwasher) and all cooking equipment, utensils, and cutlery.
Inspiring living space with bench-style dining area and separate living area with sofa and 43-inch 4K Smart TV with Netflix access.
There are two modern shared bathrooms, one with shower.
There is also a large private outside space with a seating area, bbq and bike store with direct road access.
The kitchen, living room/diner and shared bathrooms are professionally cleaned every 2 weeks.

What else do I need to know?
