Lovely sunny double room for rent in Palatine Road, Worthing. Durrington Station and Northbrook College less than 10 minutes' walk away. Local shops, post office, takeaways and pub/restaurant at the top of the road.

Ideal for a professional looking for a Monday to Friday place (rent would be reduced appropriately) but full week stays considered.

Just to add for clarity as I have had some enquiries from couples, apologies, but the room is only for one person occupancy - thanks for understanding.

SuperFast fibre broadband, gas, electric, water, TV licence and council tax bills all included and easy on-street parking.

Share of spacious well-equipped kitchen/diner, bathroom, living room and garden. Use of washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher etc.

There isn’t an en-suite, but there will be a maximum of three people living in the house, there is a separate downstairs cloakroom, and an upstairs bathroom with bath and shower – there are rarely any conflicts.

Smoking permitted outside. Guests welcome but no overnight stays.

Missy the cat is a senior diva, and I occasionally dog sit for family, so unfortunately can’t accommodate any extra pets.
