Have 2 young Maine Coon cats that never use the spare room but there are cat toys everywhere as one of them loves to play fetch!
I work from home 99% of the time so the 3rd bedroom is my office.
Have a cleaner 2 x a month so house is clean and tidy.
Easy access to A27 (both west and eastbound), A24 and about a 30min walk to the train station (West Worthing & Worthing) & 2 min walk for buses into town etc.
Room is perfect if you need to commute around the South during the week and back home for the weekend. I am up early as either start work around 7am or I am at a gym class at 6.30am!
