There are 2 double rooms becoming available in a spacious shared bungalow, on the 1st and 14th of June.

The rooms come partly furnished. One has a double built in wardrobe, the other has a bed frame, cupboard and a dresser.

The bungalow is a 3-minute walk to the beach, 15 minute's walk into Worthing town center, and 10 minute's walk to East Worthing Station.

There's a sunny living room, a lovely south-facing garden, garage for extra storage if needed.

I work part time at a solicitors and part time from home doing hair.

There is a tiny jack Russel too that is extremely friendly and just wants a warm lap.

I like to exercise and watch movies, crochet, sew, Viking reenactment etc that's creative.
It's a quiet household so best suited for someone that works day time and likes home to be the place to relax maybe share a glass of wine and a meal some times when feeling sociable.

About the rent - Three people share the house in total, with a joint tenancy agreement for a minimum of six months. All bills are included in a single monthly payment of £690
