The sole use of an entire fridge if needed, plus use of plates, cups and cutlery.

Laundry service available for a cost of £2 per load.

Parking is easy and we live only a 7 minute walk from Worthing Hospital and Northbrook College.

We are a 5 minute walk from Worthing train station, and a 10 minute stroll from the town centre! Easy access to A27. Our house really is perfectly situated for access to everything!!

We have a lovely garden.

We share our home with a very very friendly and ridiculously cute chihuahua called Lolli.

I work from home, and I have a teenage son, so the house has the normal noises of a happy family home.

We are happy to offer 7 night lets or “Monday-Friday” lets, if you just need somewhere during the week.

References will be asked for and taken up before confirmation of Lodger Agreement.
