Room to let in a Christian family home, available 1st November. in a Large 4 bedroom 3 story town house, in a quiet area of sought after Tarring. suitable for a female
We are very welcoming, down to earth, friendly and fun, a mother and grown-up daughter. I am an artist, so it's a very arty house.

The Bedroom is spacious light and airy with a double bed and large built-in wardrobes, with shelving, and space for a desk.

We have a beautiful white Persian cat called Princess, she must not be let out as she is deaf, but she won't disturb you or come into your room. But she must not be let outside.
There is lots of free car parking outside, Bills included the use of the kitchen and washing machine, bathroom, and WiFi.
This house is in a very central location, we are literally located in the middle of the map of Worthing, there are bus stops right outside the house, and it's close to the train station, the local Sainsburys 2 minutes walk, other shops cafes and takeaways about 3 minutes walk, and two pubs and restaurants only 5-6 minutes walk, Doctors surgery 5 minutes by car, there is a petrol garage 2-minute drive at the local Tesco, and the beach is 5 minutes by car.

First month's rent in advance, and to be paid PCM.
