I have a double room available for rent. The house is a Victorian mid terrace, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate toilet. The house is clean and tidy and has all mod cons, along with free on road parking and lovely west facing courtyard garden with gas bbq.

The room is a west facing good size double with brand new bed and mattress, new carpet, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and feature fireplace and TV point. Bathroom has a walk in shower and huge double ended bathtub.

The house has wooden floors downstairs and carpeted throughout upstairs, lounge/diner with wood burner and open fireplace, kitchen with all appliances and small but perfectly formed west facing courtyard garden, a secluded sun trap!

If location is important you won't find a better position, 10 minutes walk to Worthing seafront, and equidistant from either Worthing Central or West Worthing train stations, both within a 5 minute walk. Worthing town centre is a 15 minute walk and the hospital 20 minutes, all the big companies in and around town are easily accessible and within walking distance too.

This is my home and I work locally, so am out of the house 8-3.30 every day. I have 2 well behaved, clean non shedding dogs (therefore must be a dog lover) and lead a full and active social life, but equally look forward to sharing time within my home with someone who hopefully I can chill, relax and feel comfortable around.

Rent is to include bills and high speed fibre broadband (Virginmedia).
