Hello and welcome to our large detached 3 bedroom house in which we have a large double room available now to rent.

Our house possesses a large kitchen/diner, a large bathroom with bath, sink and separate shower cubicle, a downstairs toilet and sink, a cloakroom, a porch area and a large west facing garden with decking area for relaxing and dining, all of which are totally accessible and free for you to use.
Parking is available in the street outside the house if required in this fairly quiet neighbourhood.

The large double room that we have now to rent is spacious and fully furnished and comes with a large double bed and a large double wardrobe with drawers. The room is bright with a nice west facing view of the garden. We currently have large TV`s in the Kitchen/diner and dining room, both come with full Sky TV Packages and DVD players.

Full use of the kitchen including allocated space in the Fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and large double oven.

We are a happy, relaxed, friendly professional working couple.

We are looking for a female professional or student only, the reason being the 3rd bedroom is used every other weekend by my daughter (aged 15 ). She is very considerate and very well mannered, so will be no problem at all.

All bills are included in the price, council tax, electricity, gas, water, broadband and sky TV.

The location of the house is we are very close to Lyons Farm Retail Park, Sainsbury`s Superstore, Boots etc.., and Downlands Parade, with all of your take away options should you feel like not cooking !
