The house is modern, detached, and has 4 double bedrooms and a good-sized garden. There is a lounge/diner at the rear of the house which overlooks the south facing garden and there is a kitchen at the front of the house with a double oven, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and all the usual stuff that you find in a kitchen. The TV in the lounge has Netflix and Sky, for your viewing pleasure.
We have a double room to rent. The room is furnished with a double bed, and 2 bedside cabinets. There are also some cupboards in the room but these are pretty basic and not in the best of conditions. It has new carpets and blinds.
We are looking for a professional, respectful, clean and tidy tenant to enjoy this beautiful property.
Bills are included. No pets and no smokers.
