This is a really fabulous place to live! The location is excellent and within easy walking distance of the town centre, the beach and the station. It is surprisingly quiet as Elizabeth Road is not on a main route.
There is a private road next to the house so Free off street parking completes this great setup.

All the bills including the council tax, gas, electric, water and super fast broadband are included in the rent. As is a cleaner for the communal areas in the house. So the house is always kept clean and warm.
