I am currently looking for a housemate (preferably another young professional / mature student) to fill the spacious master bedroom in my house. You would have access to a private bathroom (pictured) with a shower and bath.

There is a large, fully equipped kitchen / dining room and living room with a large tv and comfy sofas. There is also an office room with a big desk upstairs which you’d be welcome to use.

It is a 10/15 minute cycle ride into town (depending on how quick you can pedal 😂) or there is a regular bus route just outside.

There are lots of local amenities including:
- leisure centre and gym (5 min walk)
- Aldi / Tesco / Morrisons all within 5 minutes drive
- a little Tesco and Wilkos 5 mins walk away
- Gotts park and the Leeds-Liverpool canal is over the road for any runners out there..

All bills are included.

The room is available immediately as my current flatmate has had to move to Manchester for work.

I would consider someone with a small dog but the rent would be £575.

Happy to negotiate on the deposit as I appreciate paying one months rent and a deposit upfront can be expensive.

I appreciate some people are more comfortable than others in these current times so I am happy to show the house virtually via a WhatsApp or FaceTime chat. I will also ask all people viewing in person to wear a face mask and clean their hands prior to entering the house.
