I have an Attic to rent out from March 29th 2018...This consists of a small bedroom with a single bed, wardrobe and drawers, skylight window.....then there is another room...used as own private sitting/dining room....and consists of plenty of desk space,, Recliner chair, Microwave, Tea making and toaster, skylight window and also side window with a lovely view over the park and beyond... The property is near the Stanningley / Armley Road area of Armley...it is completely double glazed, blocking out the noise of the road.....convenient for buses to City Centre and Bradford..... It has a lovely view as we are situated opposite Armley park and very close to Tesco Express and Wilkinsons. there is also a convenient cafe around the corner... No use of kitchen... but microwave, slow cooker, George Forman, own Fridge freezer, tea making and toaster in room plus offer of cooked meal for small charge... Use of washing machine and dryer. There is a space in the garden for lodgers to use at their leisure. Car parking is on the street. We have a resident cat but stays out of sight and also occasionally family dog stays but also stays out of sight in the basement with Landlady. This is strictly for None Smokers... We are quiet people who keep to our own space...No parties and No guests or visitors from lodgers....would suit quiet people similar to ourselves.
