Very large room available in house share in Armley. The house is close to Armley center and 2 minutes from shops and public transport (bus stops). The bus connection into town is excellent. Walking takes about 45minutes along the canal, on the bike it's approx 20min. For rent are:

1 attic room. Extremly large with a sleeping area (with a kingsize bed), storage & dressing area and working / livingroom area. Very private.

1 first floor room with kingsize bed and sofa bed (Taken - Has got a lovely tenant, female professional)

1 ground stairs room with large single / small double bed and sofa (Taken - Has now got a lovely tenant, female professional)

The house is warm, bright and welcoming.
We are pet and kids friendly. Sorry but vegetarian or vegan would be preferred.

No smoking in the house please. There is a yard to the front and the back. If you have a car, there is a small driveway at the front and safe parking on the street. We may also be able to accommodate a space in the large & very sunny yard at the back.
We have our own interests and do our own stuff but we are also sociable and sometimes have meals and evenings together. We would prefer another quiet tenants (no constant parties, loud music, etc.). The room is perfect for a female, vegetarian/vegan, clean and quiet professional / student.
