- We are flexible and can move You between different houses all over Leeds if You'd like to, so if You find a job in Harehills or Holbeck and it's better for You to live there just let us know and we can switch the house for You!

-We are cool people that don't mind pets or smokers as long as you don't smoke in common areas and if other tenants are cool with it.
