The room to rent is available fully furnished. It has a double divan bed, desk & chair, 2 bedside tables with lamps, a large set of drawers and a built in wardrobe. All utensils are provided in the kitchen - I just ask that you look after them.
All bills are included with the exception of food, toiletries and any cleaning products that you might need (shampoo, Persil, that kind of thing).
The shared areas are kitchen, bathroom and living room. There is also a downstairs WC. I do ask that any shared areas are left as you found them. At the back of the house there is a large park - gorgeous views.
Please note - if blue isn't your colour I am happy to paint over a different colour.
I have a female lurcher and 2 cats, all very friendly. I work full time during the week, and I work away every couple of weeks or so. My boyfriend comes and stays at the weekend and will be there full time from January. My partner and I are both vegetarian, and we try to be energy conscious where possible. We do however feed the dog on a meat diet so we have no issue with meat in the house. We don’t do a great deal during the week - it’s generally work, home, walk the dog, gym and bed. Our weekends are generally spent walking and keeping the sofa warm! Ours is a relaxed household...apart from the mad half hour the dog has!
There is parking available at the front of the house. The house is very close to the M621, which links to the M62 and M1 amongst others.
There are plenty of bus stops nearby if you do not drive, including the 1, 75, 52, 65 & 55. The house is also a stone's throw from the Elland Road Stadium. You can also walk to the train station in about 20 minutes from the house.
