Hi! I’m Jakob, and I have an attic room available in Beeston, Leeds. The room is currently unfurnished, but there is a mattress and clothes rail. The house is mine so there is no contract to sign - you can move straight in. The house is queer and vegetarian friendly and is available from July 3rd.
I work away from home for half the week and I tend to keep to myself in my room, so the house is mostly your domain, and you have free use of it - such as the vinyl player, PS4, Xbox etc. I have two cats so cannot accept more pets unfortunately.
The house is a short walk from the Co-Op and Asda, and a short bus ride from the city centre.
All bills are included in the monthly price of £390.
