I am a live out /in landlord with 3 double bedrooms to let in a beautiful cottage close to the motorway. This is a Monday to Friday only let as I use the house on weekends and prefer my privacy. This also ensures the house is cleaned every weekend and standards are maintained so would suit professionals working away from home.

It is a spacious beautiful old cottage with 3 bedrooms, double glazed and central heating throughout. ‭Located in a friendly residential area close to supermarkets and local friendly pubs, with lovely countryside walks on the doorstep. 

‬Ideal for commuters with the M606 and M62 seconds away by car. Public transport is excellent with frequent local buses at the end of the street and the Low Moor train station with free parking is a few minutes away making this an ideal place for commuters to stay.

Whether you are visiting for business or pleasure if you have time to visit our beautiful Alhambra theatre you will be in for a treat, also the famous Sunbridgewells Caverns and the Media Museum with the IMAX cinema are well worth a visit. For a fantastic shopping experience, Leeds city centre is a must with plenty of bars and restaurants creating a lovely cosmopolitan feel.

Parking is available with 2/3 parking spaces on the drive an on street parking opposite the house.

There is outside table and chairs in the back garden.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house, please go into the front drive area if you wish to smoke and ensure tab ends are extinguished and put in the green bin, not on the drive.
