I have a double room to rent in my house in Birstall (Live-out landlord).

Do you have a cat? I used to so 1 cat not a problem! (cat flap on back door)

It is in a quiet area, and the room is positioned at the rear of the house, so no audible road noise. There is a garage available at the rear also. The centre of Birstall village is only a 5 minute walk away, with local independent shops, restaurant and fast food outlets, Post Office etc.
Birstall is very conveniently situated - Birstall Retail Park is a 5 minute drive away, with an IKEA store and many more shops, a cinema and restaurants etc. It is situated by J27 of the M62, so very convenient for commuting to Leeds/Bradford/Huddersfield etc. For any non-drivers, Birstall village centre is a bus route hub and Batley train station is just 2 miles away.

The room is furnished with a king-sized bed, two chests of drawers, and a double wardrobe. All bills are included, including unlimited WiFi. It is has just been completely redecorated in neutral colours, and has a lockable door.

The new housemate will have access to the common areas of the house, living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a downstairs toilet and utility area with washing machine etc.

If you have a car then you will value the garage parking which ensures a warm, dry and frost free car no matter what the weather! Car insurance is always cheaper when you can state your car is parked overnight in a garage.

I’m looking for a professional female to stay for at least six months preferably, a non smoker, who is quiet and respectful by nature. The other housemate is a friendly, female, vegetarian English teacher, currently working in central Leeds.

Bills & council tax. are included in the rent.

The rent value will be paid as deposit along with the first months rent. This must be paid by Direct debit each month.
