The house is a spacious detached house in a quiet residential area of Boston Spa with lovely views over open fields and immediate access to the M1. The house is owned by a couple, however the male owner will be rarely there as he has a 12 month contract in Spain. The female owner will be in the house a couple of weeks a month.
