This apartment is in the second floor,
Unfortunately the lift does not exist in this block.
The apartment has a large corridor,
with nice bathroom and small utility room.
The lounge / kitchen is massive and very bright- the sun through out the day heats it up and keeps it lovely and toasty-
The bills are included in the rent.
I will occasionally stay at the flat but not very often and will give plenty of notice-
The flat is lovely and cosy and right in the centre of town- close to all shopping centres and bus links.
The train station is literally on the door step so you can travel to Leeds, Ilkley and many more lovely destinations!
There is a parking space in the down stairs garage-
