I have two double bedrooms in my home available from August (bills not included) both the kitchen, bathroom, furniture and carpets are near enough brand new. The garden has the sun most of the day and is a big sun trap (especially in the summer). There is on street parking and I am a 10-15 minute walk or 3 minute drive from apperley bridge train station which is an 11 minute train into Leeds or 14 minute train to Bradford. The station has free parking.
There are also a number of lovely walks including Calverley millennium way and the Leeds-Liverpool canal on your doorstop. There is also an Asda, Sainsburys, B&M, Costa and gym (either normal or CrossFit) around the corner.
The neighbours are very friendly and it’s all round a lovely place to live. I am only moving due to relocating for a year to begin my doctoral training. Happy to accept pets as long as you look after the home.
