Furnished double room in Bramley, Leeds. Part of a maisonette - ground floor is the entrance; the 1st floor has an office, living room and kitchen (plenty of fridge/freezer and cupboard space as well as washing machine and dishwasher); second floor has two bedrooms a bathroom and seperate toilet with basin. Good transport links for Leeds and motorway if you commute. Bus into Leeds takes 15-25 minutes (train is about 10 minutes and a short walk to the station) and it's close to the ring road for access to the rest of Leeds. Plenty of parking available.

I'm a live in landlord, sociable and pretty laid back. I work Monday to Friday during the day. Generally pretty open minded and get along with most people. I commute to Manchester for work a couple of days a week and spend a fair bit of time at my girlfriend's house.

There's a bit of space in the room for extra furniture if you have things to bring with you and there's generally quite a bit of storage around the place if you need it.
All bills are included with the price. I have Virgin Media unlimited 500m/b fibre broadband

I'm currently thinking about selling and moving so short term let would be ideal
