Two rooms in homely professional all female house

Hi there,

We have a nice double room available in our 4 bedroom house in Bramley.

In the house is Bernice and Beth. Both are young professionals working standard hours in Leeds. They're looking for anyone similar to share with. The girls in the house enjoy their space together, but also respect privacy and really look after the place. They do all the viewings themselves and choose who takes the rooms.

The room is fully furnished and has a high quality mattress. The house is spacious, nicely furnished, well looked after and the rent includes all bills (except TV license) and fast broadband.

It's on a quiet private street with on-street parking and it's only a minute's walk from the supermarket, bus station and pub. The train station is a 10 minute walk and is one stop to the city centre, it takes under 10 minutes.

The contract is flexible, but ideally we're looking for someone to stay for a while. I’m a private landlord and have been renting rooms in Leeds for 20 years, I have never charged any fees and have a good relationship with all my tenants.
