Hi there,

We have a nice, large, quiet, fully furnished double room with great park views and really comfy bed available in our house for someone looking for a place for a month or two.

Living in the house is the lovely Matic & Marketa. I'm going to be selling the house in April and so they're moving out around then.

The house is spacious, well kept, with good views from the back across the park and valley. They like to keep the place clean and tidy and are looking for anyone similar. The room is furnished with a comfy, high quality mattress.

The rent includes all bills and fast broadband. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac street with easy parking and it's only a few minute's walk from the supermarket, bus station and pub. Bramley train station is a 10 minute walk and is one stop to the city centre, it takes under 10 minutes so if you time it right you can be in town in 20 minutes.
