The room is furnished with double bed and wardrobe. Shared living space with lounge, kitchen, dining table. You would have main use of the bathroom as my room has an en-suite.
The flat is in a new, quiet development close to Bramley Falls Park with access to the canal path. Good transport links with bus routes a 10 min walk away (from Bramley or Horsforth) and Kirkstall Forge train station also a 10 min walk away.
Bills are not included but would work out somewhere between £80-£120 each per month (depending on usage).
Looking for a clean and tidy housemate who won’t judge me for my Netflix binging sessions or serious tea and crumpet addiction. Flexible move in date and Mon-Fri lets considered.
