Lodger wanted for double bedroom

Looking for somebody sound to move into my house for a bit. I'm planning to move to Spain at the end of the year (date to be confirmed) so room will be available until December at least.

I'm pretty chilled through the week as I work 8-5 from home (I have a little office room) and I'm in the gym most mornings. Weekends I am socialising, chilling, drinking, walking, eating out and occasionally mixing my records in the living room. Hopefully this will attract somebody outgoing who will join in on the social side from time to time.

I've got most of the amenities - the bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table and you can put a TV in there if you have one. The kitchen is well equipped with decent size fridge freezer, range oven, washing machine and plenty of space. The bathroom is small but nice and the living room is cosy and comfortable.

All bills are included and cleaners come once every two weeks. Only thing I don't have is a TV Licence - happy to go halves if you like watching live TV/BBC.
