Due to unforeseen circumstances I am having to put this ad out. My pervious housemate moved out of the house without notice since he wasn’t able to make his rent.
It’s a 4 bedroom house but let as a two bed so you would have the top two rooms to yourself. There is a spacious living room and kitchen for your use. I also have a wee kitten so must be cat friendly.
In terms of rent it’s £325 not including bills; I currently pay for the WiFi and there will be about a £150 agency fees to draw up your contract.
I’m a pretty chill person myself; I work in hospitality and I do a Masters so I tend to work long hours and not be home too often.
The letting agency (Leeds Rentals) is prompt and helpful when repairs are needed in the house.
