We're looking for new housemates to fill first and second floor double bedrooms. They are magnolia, but still pretty nice. There's plenty of storage room, a good mattress and a decent view.

Ideally new housemates will be social: If we're all going to be stuck indoors together we may as well be friends. We play board games, put on films and eat together sometimes though we've all got our own space. All ages welcome.

The kitchen has a breadmaker, a slow cooker, a toastymaker, and a table that comfortably seats four (plus).

There's also a huge living room for entertaining, and we've got a projector.

In the cellar there are tools, a bike workshop, a soldering bench, a band room, a heavy bag and a dartboard. If you need a project/training space this house is perfect.

ALDI/ASDA/Greggs/Tip shop are all 2mins away. You can get into town on Kirkstall road in no time.
