3 bed wooden floored furnished house available in January! Living room TV also comes with the house. We are all looking to move out due to unforeseen circumstances and require replacements for all three rooms. The contract ends on 1st July 2020 but you can discuss furthering the contract with the landlord if you are interested.
BILLS: We are currently paying £87.14 a month each for all inclusive gas, electricity, TV license, broadband and contents insurance. OR, if you prefer, you can pay in quarterly instalments; £261.42 Per person per quarter. This would be a necessary payment for yourselves to take over the rooms. AREA: Burley is the favourite place I've lived in so far, a five minute walk from Asda, Aldi, McDonalds, Vue & a retail estate. About a 30 min walk into town, 5 min walk away from the Burley train station.
