Spare room in spacious Burley house £300pcm

Hello! 👋

We have a spare room going in a lovely terrace house in Burley, from beginning of March.

The two current tenants include myself and Jim. I am 25, working in photography/editing at home (due to covid) and I enjoy writing music, yoga, cycling, climbing, going to gigs and making things!

The other tenant Jim, is 28 and enjoys making music too (we’re both ex music production grads), cycling, playing video games, yoga, climbing and is also working from home at the moment.

We enjoy hanging out together but also allowing each other spaciousness. We are looking for someone super chill but up for socialising, like-minded, easy-going, relaxed and tidy! ✨

A bit about the room/house.....

The room has a double sized bed and is South facing. Decent enough sized garden to get some sun and grow some herbs and plants. 🌿 Big kitchen with a dishwasher as well as a spacious and comfortable living room. Fairly big basement space to store bikes, etc. 🚴🏻We also have a spare room for visitors.

Bills should be around £90 each and we have a lovely private landlord.

There is plenty of space to park a car outside and the house is roughly a 10-15 min walk into Headingley and an 8 min walk to Burley Park train station.
