Would suit a student away from home for the first time or maybe a lecturer working away from home.

The house is owned by myself, (Megan) & am abroad for most of the year , returning every 2-3 months for 2-3weeks at a time.

You would therefore be sharing with another lady, she works and studies and so is very busy most of the time, keeps herself to herself but makes lots of cups of tea for everyone! .

Our requirement is somebody who is clean & tidy, who works normal daily hours. It would not suit somebody who likes partying or coming in in the early hours or having visitors. We like to keep it a homely sanctuary.

It’s a very friendly warm house but we tend to keep ourselves to ourselves, having the odd meal together when I’m home.
