I am 32, and looking for a housemate to move in from March 2019, as my existing tenant has moved for work. With a welcoming neighbourhood and convenient transport links, this room is ideal for any working professional.

About You:
A male or female, working professional, who is friendly and sociable.

Location:
A three-bedroom mid terraced house, located in the centre of Burley In Wharfedale. It is opposite a large dog field and the local Scout/Brownie hut. The local train station is a 10 minute walk away and there are also regular bus services from the top of the street, making the house an ideal location for commuters to Leeds, Ilkley, Otley, Guiseley, Bradford and Leeds Bradford Airport.

The house is located on a road just off the Burley High Street. It is a short walk from all amenities including the local Co-op and only a short walk away to a doctor’s surgery, butcher’s, deli’s, park, takeaways, various country pubs and beautiful country walks all within walking distance. I also have lovely neighbours!

The room/what’s included:
A good-sized furnished double room with wardrobe with drawers and bedside cabinet.

The cost for full time rental would be £500 per calendar month which is inclusive of bills (council tax, heating, electricity, water, TV license, Sky, Netflix and broadband).
A full months rent will be required before moving in as a deposit.

Shared Facilities:
- Cosy, characterful living room with sofa, TV (Sky & Netflix) and log burner fire
- Dining kitchen with all appliances and features the original fireplace
- Shared bathroom with walk in shower, basin & toilet
- Loft access full boarded, includes room for any extra storage
- South facing garden with access to shed (where freezer & tumble dryer are kept)

There is parking on the road side, outside the front of the house, but it is a dead end, and only used by neighbours (occasionally by the Scout/Brownies).

The house is non-smoking and pets are allowed (size dependant).
