There’s plenty of on street parking, and the property benefits from some storage space available in attic and outbuildings.

Appliances include a modern washing machine and condenser dryer, oven, large air frier, rice cooker, coffee machine, as well as your own personal fridge and freezer.

No dogs, sorry (I’m allergic). Small pets may be allowed in your own bedroom and/or possibly communal areas. Cats considered.

Great transport links to A1/M62. Some lovely countryside walks on our doorstep and a short distance from neighbouring villages.

The available bedroom will include a double bed with mattress, chest of drawers, bedside tables, and a large wardrobe with mirrors. I can also include a desk and chair if required.

The £300 deposit is non refundable however will be deducted from your first month’s rent.
