£500 per month to join our home in Ouzlewell Green near Carlton (WF3 3QP). VIEWING HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to appreciate the whole property.

-For that price, you have access to the whole house which comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower room, large kitchen inc 2 fridges and large freezer, utility room, living/dining room, conservatory, spacious solid floor loft for extra storage, large drive, large garden with access to use our allotment, fresh eggs from our chickens and use our greenhouses if desired.

Your room comes with three built in wardrobes double bed, bedside table, chest-of-drawers and any soft furnishings you would like to keep such as bedding, curtains, lamp/light shade etc.. If you would like us to remove any furniture besides the bed then we can do that. You will also have access to the very large loft that has fitted lights to store any extra belongings in and garden storage can be arranged if needed but must be provided and paid for by yourself.

Who are we?
We are Joe (25 male) and Cian 26 (male) , living near Carlton on the outskirts of Leeds and Wakefield. Joe is a locksmith and Cain is an acoustic engineer. We enjoy attempting to grow our own food in our allotment (so far unsuccessful at keeping out the slugs!) and in our greenhouses, playing instruments, building/making stuff and cian is a keen baker. We are quiet tidy individuals who enjoy living together in a clam clean cottage on the edge of the countryside.

Who are we looking for?
Ideally, someone who is reliable with their money, doesn't mind sharing kitchen space,, doesn't have friends over all the time and enjoys living in a young working professional environment.

We want you to treat this as you would treat your family home, with respect and we want you to enjoy living with us! We occasionally have friends over and you may do so too, if needs be the conservatory can be used for inviting people over as it is nearly soundproof.

If you are a couple and think you can fit in the space provided, then that is fine but a rent adjustment of an extra £150 per month for the extra person will be applied.
