Double room available 10th May in our cottage home share.

EXCELLENT TRANSPORT LINKS TO M1 and M62, easy access to both LEEDS & WAKEFIELD and bus stop for 444 directly outside the house or a 10-minute walk to the 110 bus stop. Generous-size off-street parking facilities if required.

The room is 500 per month on a rolling monthly contract. We require 1 month's notice before leaving.

Couple's may be considered for a short-term let at an additional charge, please ask so we can discuss your needs and arrangements to be considered.

Smokers welcome but no smoking inside.

The house is spacious with 2 living rooms (one being the conservatory) a dining room, large kitchen with 2 fridges and 2 freezers, utility room with washing machine and dishwasher, downstairs toilet, large garden including 2 greenhouses and a vegetable patch, main bathroom with bathtub, separate shower room and 3 double bedrooms.
