Double room in Chapel Allerton

My partner and I (Lizzie and Richard) are currently looking to fill a spare room in our house. We don’t live in the house, but our 2 friends (Dan and Laura) rent out the room on the top floor (Attic room). Additionally at the moment we have 2 other lodgers in the house, with a double room each on the middle floor. The middle floor has its own bathroom so you will share a bathroom with one other person. One of our lodgers moves out in December due to moving down south. We are looking for someone to move in for a maximum period of 3 months (max stay until end of March) because following this we will be renovating the property for a family rental.

We are a friendly bunch, work full time and have busy social lives, we are looking for someone who is quite social but also likes their own space as we also do. We like to keep the place fairly clean and tidy but don’t mind about the odd mess occasionally (we’re not too fussy). Chapel Allerton is a lovely place to live in Leeds, we are 10 minutes walk to the centre of the town where you will find lots of restaurants and shops, and we are only a 15 min drive/bus ride to the centre of Leeds with a bus stop only a 5 minute walk from the house! It is not a noisy neighbourhood and we are only 2 minutes walk to the popular pub Beck and Call. We also have a good sized garden (perfect for the summer!) and large driveway to fit multiple cars/ also have road parking if you have a car.
