House Share - 3 rooms available

Hello!

We have 3 double rooms available in our 4 bedroom house in Chapel Allerton. The rooms are furnished with double bed, clothes rail and drawers. The house has a large kitchen and separate living room, along with good sized bathroom and big basement (one of the basement rooms has been converted into a pub).

The current household includes Corin the mental health practitioner, David the health researcher and Ana, the teacher. David and Ana are soon leaving the house so there will be essentially 3 rooms available. The house is really close to Aldi, Lidl and Tesco with many pubs including a Spoons less than 100m away. It's close to town, being a 30 min walk, 10min bus, or a 15 min cycle! There's also free on-street parking right outside the front door.

Looking for someone who doesn't take things too seriously, can have a laugh and loves a good chat over a cuppa or a pint. The house is generally very sociable and everyone loves to hang out but we're also all very respectful of each other's space. So basically just looking for someone to join the fold.

Rent should come in around 320 each per month incl bills.
